Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as:

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and location.
• Business details you share when you book a call or fill out a form.
• Job application details: your work history, sales experience and results, LinkedIn profile, resume, and any answers or recordings you submit.
• Messages you send us by email or through our forms.

We also collect some information automatically when you use our website, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how you arrived on our site (for example from an ad), and whether you watched a video or opened a form. We collect this through cookies, pixels and similar technologies described below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and run sales calls you book with us.
• To provide and improve our marketing services.
• To review job applications, contact candidates, schedule interviews and make hiring decisions.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, including on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• To protect our website and business and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Job applicants

If you apply for a role with us, we use your application only to evaluate you for that role and similar roles at Novantro. Your application is reviewed by our founder and hiring team. We keep applicant information for up to 12 months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we hire you.

Cookies, pixels and advertising

We use the Meta Pixel to understand how people who see our ads on Facebook and Instagram use our website, for example whether they viewed a job page, watched a video or opened an application form. Meta may use this information, together with information it already has, to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences.

We also use analytics and attribution tools (Hyros and DataFast) to understand traffic and which marketing channels work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services. These include:

• Typeform, which hosts our application and lead forms.
• Wistia, which hosts our videos.
• Meta Platforms, for advertising and measurement.
• Hyros and DataFast, for analytics and attribution.
• Zoom and calendar tools, for scheduled calls and interviews.
• Our website hosting and email providers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer information from the UK, EU or Canada, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, or request a copy of it. To make a request, email us at sabyr@novantro.com. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above.
